Happy July, Everyone. July begins a new year for the Board of Trustees, and I am honored to serve as this year’s president. Within the four years that I’ve been a member, I was absent most of a full year because of working weekends. When I got a better job, I came back and found that everything was as nice as I remembered. How did that happen? It happened because members of the church continued to do what they do - arranged for our ministers to be in place, made sure orders of service were printed, snacks were made, songs were chosen, and the bills were paid. All those many, many jobs were done by you. Thank you.
Now, with your help, we’ll carry on. We all want to know when we can get back to services and if things will ever be “back to normal.” We had thought we’d be back on July 12th but once again, we= will be pushing that back. We’ll have to see what August will bring. Our yearly Congregational meeting will be on July 19th after the Zoom service, so if you haven’t gotten on Zoom, this would be a great time to do so. We will just have to figure all this out. If you are having issues with getting on Zoom, please let me know. Maybe we can put our heads together and figure something out. (Or call on Eva...lol) . Something new goes wrong each week on Zoom. Never perfect, but always wonderful.
